On October 17, 2022, Huaxia Shenzhou’s new PVDF whole industry chain projects were completed and put into operation. These projects include the new 10,000-ton PVDF, 20,000-ton VDF project and their supporting projects including 25,000 tons of R142b, 20,000 tons of hydrogen fluoride, as well as 20,000 tons of TFE and R32 technical transformation of 60,000 tons of R22.
The new project produces PVDF for lithium-ion batteries, which together with the company’s existing PVDF production equipment, can produce 25,000 tons of PVDF resins per year, including all mainstream product brands, covering lithium batteries, photostatic, coatings, water treatment and other fields. The company has become the main supplier of domestic leading new energy enterprises such as CATL, BYD, and China Innovation Aviation, which will meet the strong demand for the growth of new energy vehicles and drive the green, healthy and sustainable development of the upstream and downstream industrial chain.
